    • Notice Posting ....................$75.00 per Visit
    • Make-Ready/Turns................Above rates or Bid given relative to job dimensions
      Materials & Expenses....Materials for all work is billed at cost, with no mark-ups.  Fees incurred for trash disposal and sub-contracted work billed at cost.
